Jean Anthis

Hey, I am Jean.

I am an onboarding/implementation, and project management professional with almost a decade of working inside SaaS companies, from early stage startups to enterprise accounts. Over the last several years I have helped teams onboard customers and partners faster, fix the way they work, and ship the projects that matter, without the cost of a full time hire.

I have managed portfolios of up to 100 accounts, redesigned onboarding workflows that cut ramp time in half, and led cross functional projects that shipped on time and under budget. I bring the same operator mindset to every engagement: understand the problem, build the system, document it, and hand off something that outlasts the contract.

Based in the US on Eastern time. Fluent in English and Spanish. Available for fractional, contract, and project based work.

How I think about problems.

Like a doctor, my approach to problem solving is always diagnostic before prescriptive. I start by understanding the current state to find the root cause of the issues.

From there, I help teams build a solution using one or more of my three essential pillars for operational success.

Pillar one

People

Who owns the work, who is accountable for the outcome, and where the handoffs quietly drop.

Pillar two

Process

The path a customer or project actually travels, and the steps worth keeping, fixing, or cutting.

Pillar three

Technology

The systems and automation that hold the process in place once the people move on to the next thing.

How I can help.

Three ways teams bring me in. Pick the one that matches the gap you are staring at.

01

Onboarding and Implementation

First value, fast

Getting customers and partners to first value fast: designing onboarding flows, configuring systems, building the documentation and automation that make adoption stick. Senior level onboarding support for teams that are not ready to add headcount.

SaaS and Marketing Project Management

Kickoff to close

I own projects from kickoff to close: cross functional coordination, campaign delivery, ops process improvement, and launch management. No ramp up time and no hand holding required.

Influencer Campaign Management

End to end programs

End to end influencer program management: creator sourcing, outreach, contract negotiation, content approval, FTC compliance, and performance reporting across cooking, lifestyle, and lawn and garden verticals.

Selected work.

A few teams I have helped.

01

Fairmatic

Senior Customer Success Manager
The challenge

A 100 account SMB SaaS portfolio needed stronger retention and a faster path to value for new customers.

What I did

Built success plans around each customer’s goals, pinpointed where new accounts were getting stuck in onboarding, and worked with product and support to redesign the onboarding flow.

The result
30%faster onboarding
37%increase in product adoption
88%retention rate across the portfolio
20%reduction in churn
02

Robert Half

Senior Consultant, Business Operations
The challenge

Ten enterprise clients needed faster project delivery and cleaner cross functional execution.

What I did

Led project management and cross functional teams to find inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and align delivery with client goals, then built training to support the changes.

The result
30%faster project delivery
20%improvement in operational efficiency
95%satisfaction on training and rollout
03

Celestial Alliance

Influencer Campaign Manager
The challenge

A creator program spanning cooking, lifestyle, and lawn and garden needed structure behind the campaign work.

What I did

Sourced creators, ran outreach and contract negotiations, built a structured onboarding and tracking workflow for creator partners using Airtable and Zapier automation, managed the content approval workflow, and reported on reach, engagement, and ROI.

How I work.

Four beliefs that shape every engagement, whether it runs six weeks or six months.

01

Understand the problem first

Before I touch a workflow I learn what your customers actually get stuck on. The right fix is usually smaller and closer to the front of the process than anyone expects.

02

Build the system, not the heroics

Anyone can push one launch through by force of will. I would rather leave behind a process that produces the same result when I am no longer in the room.

03

Write it down as you go

Documentation is the deliverable that keeps paying. Every playbook, template, and automation I build is written so your team can run it, change it, and train on it.

04

Hand off something that lasts

A good contract ends with your team more capable than when it started. I plan the handoff from the first week so the work outlasts the engagement.

Methods I bring.

The working practices I plug in on day one, so nothing has to be invented while the clock is running.

02Process documentation
03Workflow automation
04Health scoring
05QBRs and success plans
06Agile and Scrum delivery
07Cross functional coordination

The stack I run on.

Tools I have used in production, not tools I have read about. No ramp up time on any of these.
